On Fridays and Saturdays, Macarena transforms into a hip South Beach destination for movers and shakers who crave all the latest in Latin pop, rock and salsa. Although it is also technically a restaurant, mains such as steak and fish fall slightly short of fine dining. It's the atmosphere that really attracts the masses. Tapas are also served and they seem to be the food of choice on club nights when the space is stocked with well-heeled clientele sipping mojitos.
