Miami Salsa Dance Clubs: Macondo

Authentic Latin food and drinks, a sensuous and warm ambiance and feel-good songs by Colombian singers like Carlos Vives and Fonseca, await those who visit Macondo. Churrasco, shrimp ceviche, fried yucca, empanadas, good old tequilas and imported aguardientes and rums make up its delicious menu. Its rustic and folkloric décor, with typical Colombian crafts hanging from sponge-painted walls, almost makes you want to hang a hammock up and spend the night.

The beautiful exotic Latin crowd that gathers in this place is probably what makes this place so entertaining. Beautiful Colombian and Venezuelan girls attract a nice crowd to gather and party at this place. Music is a fusion of salsa, merengue, reggeaton and vallenato, with more American and European tunes. Prices are very fair and the staff is very friendly, lines at the door are sometimes a bit long but normally visitors get a chance to come in promptly. Their VIP is OK, but the main dance floor is probably the most fun. Expect to see a lot of nice classy ladies. In this lively place, where the dancing doesn’t stop, you probably won’t catch any ZZZs.
